Odd Fellows Gavel With Glass Cutter (8311)

Gavel screws off the shaft to have a 12" handle. Inside the shaft is a glass cutter. Glass cutters in canes were often thought to be theifs canes. This presentation on sterling was to a high official of the IOOF with a joke inside. Gavel matches the shaft and has original ferrule.
