Hand Beaded Cane In Mint Condition with pistol grip handle (8762)

Pistal grip maple cane with hand beaded cover. This was all handmade and never had a ferrule. The shaft was hand made and finished then the beads were expertly put on the cane. There are no seams as they started at the top and ended up at the bottom. Not one bead is broken or missing. I assume it is from the 1890's, from the cane shape, but I don't know much about beaded canes. I don't even know if its american indian, who did this kind of work or African who also did, so I'm selling it as a work of art, as it would have taken a long time to have made this. Convince me the price I've put on this isn't right and I'll sell it for less. I've seen very few in this condition to judge by.

Category: Handcarved - Folkart
Sub Category: Other

Price : $650.00 - In US Dollars
