Find another with this combination at any price. The length of the ferrule, the engravings on the blade, and the style of the cannon make this before 1850. All the findings are brass, even the eyelets, another feature on earlier canes. The eyelets should always match the handle. A silver handle should have silver eyelets, and gold, gold and so on. The exception to that is when handles are Ivory, bone, horn, etc., but then the collar should match the eyelets.
