 Presentation doctors cane with pulse timer and thermometer (397015)
The shaft on this cane is especially pretty. It looks like snakewood but it is probably artificially grained, as it looks too good. Its definately a terrific antique original shaft. The tau handle is in near mint condition, circa 1890. Inside is a sand timer for taking pulse. Under that is a thermometer in a matching nickle silver spring loaded protective container.
