 Sterling Neillo Pomander (397125)
If these were carried by individuals instead of Doctors, I have never seen anything written on the subject saying so. The condition is mint and beautiful. The pattern is all hand engraved then filled in with a dark chemical that hardens called neillo. It is then polished. Neillo was mostly on watch cases, some compacts and have never seen another pomander.
