 Horse Measuring with boxwood rule (397307)
Horse Auctioneers cane. Made from boxwood with original ferrule and bubble which is more often than not, not there. Circa 1890. If the measuring shaft is aluminum, it's not considered antique or of the period of canes they make them new today in England. This is a real bargain as boxwood is very expensive.
