 Orthodox Enamel in Sterling Music Baton Cane (398208)
Here is a simple gadget cane with only one use. It has a sterling and enameled cap with Mary. It is signed on both sides of her head with two letters and a wavy line over top of both letters. On the left side is MP and on the right OV. The handle screws out, and there is a simple music baton that matches the ebony shaft. Not much to say about this one except it was probably given to a church choir director. The letters and style make it look orthodox with a deco style..Note the cane handle and the baton handle are one. Nicely made, circa 1920's.
