Sterling Flask Handle (8346)

Here has to be one of the best chased piece of silver ever, with a matching carved shaft. This most elaborately carved real ebony shaft is carved Manilla diagonally about a 1/3 of the way down. On the other side is Presidio. The Presidio is the American Military Base in the Philipines. I have another shaft, almost identical to this one dated 1890.
When the handle is removed it has a screw off cap that turns it into a flask. It has a Forign coin on top that looks like the size of a silver dollar.
