 Advertising Salesmans Suitcase Cane (8358)
This double system is a four sectional suitcase, and a roll up list of all the material in the Sat Evening Post on one side and Ladies Home Journal on the other. The advertising is on oil cloth, and is not hurt by rain or snow. To unroll it all you have to do is pull on the tab and the shaft spins. To roll it up just turn the shaft. It rolls out almost 3' and names every article and the number of articles in every catagory of article. It's made from nickel silvered brass and looks like a large collar. My circa date is 1910. A little research and you could probably find the exact year.
