 Art Noveau Or Art Deco Frosted Glass (8475)
2" diameter, 5" long, and 3" tall makes for a very large handle. The 1.7"beautiful bamboo shaft fits it very nicely, with a silver collar.
Circa 1910. Some one said it looked like a hood ornament for an early car, but I could never confirm that. The acid finish on the glass makes it look like Lalique, but the quality looks like a lesser maker. This seems to be a cross between Noveau and Deco.
