Chain Drive Fuzee Key Wind French Watch (8791)

I like all watches, because I am a horologist. One who studys time, and the time pieces that tell time. I'm a fan of all watch canes because they are all rare, but in a pocket watch I would never own any cylinder escapements, they are considered unreliable. The fuzees, which I have several of were all hand made with hand cut gears and were very expensive to make. This isn't a hard rule, but it's pretty accepted that front wind, through the dial are swiss or french, and English through the back. This one is signed Edward Beven, Rocheport, is so typically french. Circa 1830.
