Guess Where This One Is From (8944)

Here's a cane most of you won't know where it came from. It has one of the best carved shafts in the world. Ebony is very difficult to carve, much more difficult than ivory, yet it brings nowhere near the price. I wonder what the price difference would be if ivory wasn't from an endangered animal. Manila Phillipines, 1891 toward the fall of the year in the later part of the month.
