 The Best Childs Parasol (9035)
This is the prettyest cover I have seen. The argument for it being a childs parasol is that it is 2" smaller than carriage parasols,and it doesn't fold as the carriage parsols do. The argument that its a carriage is how fancy and elegent the cover is. The shaft and stays are brass and the handle is carved bone. Most child parsols have cheap covers and wood handles. In mint condition, this one is far rarer than its present value.
