 Toledo Damascene Pencil Umbrella. (8821)
History tells us that pencil umbrellas were made around 1910. The handle on this one is too small to have been anything but on an umbrella. My goal is to get cane collectors to leave umbrellas that are historically correct alone. Cut it out, I'm getting mad at the bastardization that is being done in the name of vanity.
