 Shelf Grabber Fits Hand Well (8943)
I wasn't going to put this one in,because I don't know what to think of it. I have never seen it in any form before. It's aluminum, very well made, with the shape being Art Noveau. It really fits in the hand well. To make it work all you have to do is hold the handle above the ferrule and pull the c shaped trigger. It opens the jaws and will take anything off a high shelf. The shaft is metal and the handle is wood. Art Nouveau 1890 to 1910 is during the time they started to make things from aluminum. In those early days it was a very expensive metal. The problem today is, everybody thinks it's a cheap metal, as it is today. The best enameled opera glasses, were the most expensive with aluminum parts.
