 Stanhope And Writing Set In Handle (8180)
Stanhope is of Czar and Czarina visiting Paris in 1896 and so dated in cap. Below is pencil, pen, and page knife. Below handle is hardwood shaft, that hlds original silk umbrella. Last 3" of shaft screws off so umbrella can be pushed out by holding shaft and pushing umbrella ferrule on floor.
