Family Of Cloisonne containers (8529)
All three container canes are exactly like except their sizes. Cloisonne is a French word meaning wirecells. They start with a brass item, soldier on the wires, put on one color of enamel, put it in a kiln and fire at several hundred degrees and it turns to glass. The process is repeated for every color, it's then polished smooth. It's hard, but if you drop it, it's damaged. Damaged, it isn't worth much. These dragons are Chinese, with Chinese cloisonne. I like them, because they are a set, but I like Japanese cloisonne the best.
