Why is the such a Rare Japanese Cloisonne Umbrella (9238)
You might be asking why this umbrella is put in the rare catagory as the handle is scarce but not rare. It's because this handle is on an umbrella. Most dealers when they get a handle thats on an umbrella put it on a shaft, as it is worth more money. Its much rarer as a cane used as an umbrella.
